Does anyone else feel that Leadership thinks we are a bunch of AI illiterates? AI is in its infancy right now, yes in a few years it will capable of replacing employees. But lets be honest, right now it has a lot of limitations.

verizon does not know what its doing in implementing AI. many organizations are far ahead.
I've automated 90% of my job with AI. I just can't automate having to show up everyday.

Agreed, but there are definitely a large chunk of people who couldn’t find their way around an LLM even after completing the stupid AI trainings
