Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Not stopping at 1k

Does anyone really believe they are stopping at 1k for stores? Why would they when the agents can do all the heavy lifting. New York and the northeast got sla-ghtered today. Definitely more to come, the only question is when?

I was surprised they kept that many. But compared to indirect 1K is already a tiny amount of doors, seems weird at this point to keep any.
