Mike Lyons has a Glassdoor approval rate of 70, while Takis has a 41. Takis, our new ceo, has a rating lower than most other CEOs. Is he this bad? Thoughts? Need to plan for my next step if he’s indeed so much worse than Mike Lyons…

@cc Takis seems good so far from what I'm hearing. The company, however, belongs near the bottom of any list of "great places to work." That LinkedIn article was the corporate equivalent of a Trump-style publicity stunt—a massive fraud. And if the CHRO genuinely believes what was written, then she's clearly dehydrated and famished, because it's starting to affect her brain cells.
Why would you continue employment at Fiserv when you could work for a successful company instead?
I’m bullish on Takis. He has the substantive expertise and chops to run this place all while being a good human being with a focus on people and clients. I’m ok that Mike quit on us - we will be so much better off once we get settled. Mike is weak and only cares about himself.
How many people are rating? Takis just started. Let's wait at least a year...
