The directive was never "AI should be solving real bugs on day one" — it was "learn the tool, get fluent." Judging adoption by immediate output skips the exact phase we were told to be in, and that's not a flaw in the rollout, it's just what week one of any new skill looks like.
That's because it largely doesn't work. It can't think. Problem solving requires thought.
