@br She partnered with a company that prioritize offshore and H-1B visas to see out American workers. The same company that disregarded Clorox password protocols and gave hackers complete access to to the network which cost an estimated 380 million dollars. The board knows, but until it’s forced to answer for by banks and stockholders nothings gonna change.
Start getting people talking about the banks, talking to the banks about who they are in business with. That will be the key. Point out how these “community “ banks are enabling the abandonment of the American workers force. The CEO of Cognizant justified the discrimination against American employees with the depth of the workforce available in India. Make Congress pass laws to protect the American worker by talking about all this in the open. Start shouting with outrage . Stting back and doing nothing is allowing our opportunities for a good life to be given to foreign workers openly.
Just not sure what Stephane has done to keep her job. It’s been a failure. Don’t give me worldpay. She was on both sides of that deal. One after another failure while she cashes in. The board appears clueless. It’s sad what is being allowed by the c suite. Nothing will improve without a substantial leadership change.
