Too much to do and never enough time now. Once all these changes happen I can’t even imagine this scenario.
And the quarterly bonus… I’m not getting one… So much work done… So disappointing!!!

Work your 8 hours then leave. Remember, your company is not loyal to you, why should you be loyal to your company?
So, you should try to rebalance the scales by working less/dropping quality (not enough to raise attention from "leadership"), and wasting corporate resources.
