This place is in shambles because the people running it don't know what they're doing. Most of them got to where they are through nepotism, and it's obvious.

There is a significant number who got where they are from DEI targets.
Has anyone witnessed recent (last 2 months) moves to protect the Golden Cows? There’s been systematic efforts to insure continuity for the sacred cows.
Is MO aware of this?
