This whole VSP/looming layoff has got me stressed to the point where my anxiety has gotten to the point that I am now on prozac and still can't sleep. I have barely been able to function in my role and spend most of my time trying to look for other positions. I just hope I am approved for the VSP so I know I have an end date for this company. This is my third time going through this and I can't handle this anymore.

@ap we are all in the same boat that is sinking with no life jacket!!!! Just know there is a floating door that with our healthcare expertise, we will be able to knock Rose off it and be saved !!! Everything will be ok !!!! We are experts in our field and God has the last word !!!

I wonder if you can go out on FMLA or stress leave (W/C). I don't think it will "save" your position but you may be entitled to disability vs. unemployment which is limited time. Check your state laws. 📊 Side‑by‑side comparison

So sorry you are feeling this way. Please know you are not alone. We are all feeling it unfortunately. This whole thing has been so stressful but this company does NOT care in the slightest. All we can do is move forward and keep believing that when one door closes another opens. The people running things are not worth our energy of making ourselves sick with worry.
