I don't understand why it's taking so long. My VSP approval should be easy and with all the wonderful AI technologies that they now have you would think they would be able to weed me out by now.

They need to quit wasting time on ridiculous surveys and let the ones of us that applied for the VSP know if we are accepted and our end dates. We cannot get on with our lives and careers while waiting on them ja--ing off with stupid things. How would those people feel if the tables was turned. They would not like it one bit. Moral is destroyed. Motivation has left. Stress and anxiety is thru the roof. Mental health is on the rocks for some. Just come on with the VSP and tell us if we are approved or not and when last day will be. Stop wasting our time. Y’all should’ve figured this out or planned better when you introduced the offer. I think you are surprised that so many of us are tired of working in a micromanaged company like we are robots. More and more added to our jobs and take away bonuses, give measly yearly raises, take away internet stipend. Expected to get everything done no matter what or how many hours and never paid 1 cent for all the overtime. I am so DONE.
6 more days and a wake up and hopefully all should be known……unless the decision date is extended. Let’s hope not.

Yes, totally agree! This wait is excruciating. Only thing keeping me going is in their last email, they say many who applied for SVP are highly likely to be accepted.
