ANI here and just noticed roughly three months' pension contributions paid in at once. I've been here for years so my notice period would be three months.
No meeting with HR yet, but I won't be surprised if it pops up in the next few days.

Ask for the Hot Fish Curry in your redundancy package. Then open a food truck business.
They’ll let you hang around for a few months in a bid to find a job internally. Then when you don’t, they’ll pay you to resign basically (with nda of course).
