No more monetary awards to recognize years of service
No cost of living increases
Rare that leaders are allowed ot give monetary thank you's for going the extra mile.

In mid-July 2026, financial analysts are circulating a narrative that the stock is heavily undervalued. OpenText is trading at a notable discount compared to its software peers, sparking debate over whether this represents a prime buying opportunity before Antoun's AI strategy takes root, or a fair penalty for the execution risks associated with their relentless internal restructuring and product integration.
What's bullsh-t is that the company would spend $70M on a new office to enforce RTO. Lol...I guess we are doing very well as a company to throw that amount of cash around or
@bc yeah its weird
We're an asset - but only under certain conditions
We have to be in office together (except when we're not - if that's what you want)
We have to connect (but OT will lay off those tenured connections you make)
But only positive things can be discussed (some offices have negativity being policed)
A workforce is an asset, but we're being treated like a he-l of liability when it matters to us. It's not even going to pay or benefits. Just fundamentally sometimes we're special children and sometimes we're just cattle.
Oh but don't you know? According to the new CEO, the most important part of OT are the employees! Another bs peddler.
There is plenty of money for the leadership team. You would be stunned at the increases they have received for the new fiscal year. Life-changing money.

I've been incrementally cutting my output since mid 2023 withoutr repurcussion.
So apparently I was working above my grade all that time. Where was my promotion?
Stop going the extra mile! In fact, give them what they deserve, a quarter mile...at best. Become a clock watcher, no emails or work of any kind after hours. Make use of the unlimited sick days!
They want people to quit... no severance that way.
