@ek If Gunjan knows about this site, EXCELLENT! I hope she reads it daily so she hears the truth about how many employees feel about her failed leadership.
Did you notice her comment about people posting anonymously? She knows about this site. No doubt about it.
@ee bold faced lies that remote workers are grandfathered in. I guess LG is going behind the CEO’s back in having just forced all remote worker to move hundreds of miles away to hubs or be laid off.
@ee this guy sits in a client center in Connecticut, wonder if they will force him into a Hub or ask him to walk?
@e1 its called protecting your energy from energy vampires. In case you haven’t figured out how energetic exchange works. Might be good to look into.
Sekou, you’re on mute
Guys guys, you really do work at a good place and we really DO appreciate you guys, hey you guys
Her opening is just not engaging
Look at all of those emojis flowing! 🤣
@be Willful ignorance is a choice.
Glad I'm on vacation and will miss the town hall. Will be waiting for the highlights later.
@b6 I’m not interested in attending to boost her ego. Her and the MC clown show are all severely messed up. They don’t deserve my presence.
@at And that's why this board is constantly flooded with questions about things the rest of us heard about weeks or months ago.
Don't attend for the MC, attend for your own knowledge.
I don’t participate in their bs town halls.
@ae every town hall is cryptic. Keeping employees stressed is the name of their game.
im just surprised it was thrown on calendars so quickly and at such short notice.. i feel like they typically have this planned out and invites sent out months in advance..
@a9 They don’t need more real estate to enforce five days of RTO. They simply need to lay off enough hub employees (and transfer the work to India) to give everyone assigned seating.
Tomorrow’s call will be very cryptic. Read between the lines on what she says. Nothing employee friendly happens after she speaks.
@a2 these rumors have been going on for a long fu--ing time and they need to just die until they have merit. They do not have enough real estate to house people 5 days a week and the expectation is already 3+.
They're working on assigned seating in hubs that DO have space and they won't transition to more than that until they have the space. Which they won't spend money on. Which means it won't happen, at least not for the foreseeable future.
@a2 Do they have the real estate / footprint for that? I thought that was the issue. Those companies that spent money on the real estate need to justify that thus having employees RTO 5 days a week.
Zero chance of RTO being discussed on a CEO call. They are now in denial phase.
Hearing rumors that RTO will be increased to 4 or 5 days a week. Guess that will be a topic
