@a9 by 7/27 or ON 7/27? HR works for and supports Centene— they likely blowing smoke up everybody’s a$$. Why do we think Centene will do anything that would be employee friendly? Greedy SL and her cronies could spare a few million and save some employees.
Has anybody heard that a company is doing the VSP review for Centene or is Centene capable of determining the fate of many dedicated employees?
I wouldn’t plan on it, the email said 7/27. HR has confirmed this when I called several times.

Maybe tomorrow and it will be your last day is approved for VSP. Before new pay period begins on Sunday and don’t bother showing up Monday. If they feel you can be let go why keep you until September to do shi??y job- have access to files and records- provide poor customer service. They offers that bonus four weeks VSP - why not give it to you up front and not end of August or September? and once equipment turned in and you followed all the rules etc they will send your final check for VSP.
When they have the big meeting next week to report to stakeholder etc they will be able to say they already eliminated x # of employees and saved this much money.
For rolling VSP end dates the few that need to stay due to valuable skillset with slowly be notified over next few months on their last day.
Why would they want disgruntled employees drawing extra pay for doing minimal less than par work? Cut their losses and let managers adjust to smaller workforce.
Will they restructure or reorg? Will remaining employees just get extra workload or will we shift under new leadership etc? We already had record a few months ago so will this be similar or just shuffle duties ?
Also- now that stocks are plummeting what are employees doing?
