Hey it’s mdlz here let’s make all employees waste 1-2 hrs of there day for an order writing zoom then take a taste to become certified in order writing ! Let’s fail to mention that all the sales reps lives have been put on hold since June 21 on weather we have a job or not and have to wait alsmot two months to find out but let’s take a test and force us to join a zoom when the majority of us won’t even be here ! Why not just do this trash after Oct 2nd ! Again the company proves they don’t care about any of us ! Sad sad sad

It’s a last minute Hail Mary. They realize that 3/4 of the ftow in the county are not up to standards. We are losing share running and gunning and this all started when Mission 1 kicked off. You had perfectly happy ft merch be told hey your full time now you must write orders. Not knocking anyone but it’s not for everybody. And they are double down on this now and if it doesn’t work before 2030 then warehouse is inevitable
