This change is an LR without and LR
- People will be frustrated
- People will leave of their own accord, IE no pay out
- People won't perform, they will be PIPed, again be managed out without a pay out

Its quite silly to have a meeting and have the clown cart of specialists come out in front of the customer. sometimes more cisco people than folks from the customer

LFG is the fruit of folks who have no clue about our portfolio, who have never sold anything reasonably complex to anyone, and who convinced themselves specialists never visit customers.
