Two decades of service, and my biggest hope is getting cut with a package.

Was laid off after 25 years and it's the best thing. Excited to be out of the toxic environment. Saved and invested well for that time period and am retiring early with 12 months gift. Thanks Shart.
Heard reliable news that some groups told to target older employees with not meets performance rating and deny package.

26 years, terminated, no package
it's tough looking back and realizing you were around the wrong people and being other places would have been smarter. I look back with regret on my time at WF too because they wasted my time, lesson learned.
I mean they paid you for twenty years what else do you want.
