Fraud team here.. My manager is clearly showing favoritism towards a peer which is very evident to all across her org. Often other team members will be yelled/disrespected/least respected on team calls while that specific favorite will be handled smoothly for the same topic. Another observation - this discrimination is primarily towards people of color/immigrants. This is causing mental stress and impacting me severely.
How do I go with reporting this? Is there a way to report to HR anonymously ?
