Agile is an epic failure… our business model and endless red tape are not a great fit
All the support processes are an inefficient /time intense boondoggle.
Bring back waterfall, PMs and QA teams
Alphabet just laid off 12,000 people and yes it was probably a poorly thought out decision and what it would be into their launch. What I find hilarious about our company is that after getting rid of all of the project, managers and quality assurance people that they are now quietly hiring back project managers, because of the epic fail that is agile. RC and MN couldn’t run agile if their life depended on it. And some of the leaders that are leading agile, come from non-regulated companies like target for god sake.
Nobody cares about WFC tech. LoL
