Office workers in every large corporation seem to be resistant to returning. Win or lose I think it will lead to a healthy disengagement from work life. Even if management wins the battle they will lose the war. Everyone knows now that smarmy "we're a family" talk was bs. The people who reluctantly return will see things differently than they did. The corporate koolaid will have a disgusting taste from now on.
