Anyone know what the required distribution is this year? I’ve heard that some groups don’t have a distribution or have a different less punishing distribution. Groups like BAR and planners.

NI and NSI are "toast" this year. We need to lower headcount to 50,000 regular employees by 1Q2024.
NSI is 5% requirement this year.
No requirement for OWD. Could be 0%, might be 5%.
It's normally 1-2 ppl in a typical ranking session/assessment at the L3 level and could be changed at final sign-off depending on the L2 or L3's view of the distribution.

Final post closer. There is no MIN requirement for OWD. It could be 0% placed in OWD.

Fake news, NSI is 5%. There is no limit for OWD. Management discretion but 5% is typical
Pretty sh---y to mandate 10% NSI but no mandate on OWD%. Cheap sadistic ba----ds. Potentially worse, do we know if avg pay is locked to avg rank or are they skewed?
Outstanding with distinction , normally held for preselected HiPos from what I have seen.
This group gets the larger raises, RSUs, etc as well

I have been 5 years at ExxonMobil and never heard of OWD ... apparently it does not apply for our group ... OWD = Outstanding Wood Darren?
