These areas that have over half the team members, including the manager, working from home…. . What’s the story here?
This is the have nots and haves… those who have worked here a while and must comply and those who came into the Bank as permanent WFH employees.
Creating this class of home workers is going to create jealousy and dissension among the workforce. Of all of Robins poorly thought out moves this is by far the worst of them. People can unite based upon getting screwed. People getting totally different desirable situations based upon simply being lucky enough to be hired as permanent WFH is going to create jealousy, envy, break up teams and poison our culture.
