Honestly, those of you with several years of experience still making 70k or less might want to think about changing career paths. It’s really not that hard to acquire the credentials necessary for roles where even the entry level gets paid more than that. You don’t even necessarily need a masters, in many cases just a certification you can get in like a year will do.

WF changed how they classify jobs in 2022. I am a product owner under this title. There are project managers and business initiatives consultants moved under this title.
Salary will depend on state/city.
They used to have fixed bonus % for each title and it would increase going up each level. I.e. Consultant to Senior to Lead to Senior Lead.
Those fixed% have all been removed and now it is up to manager/candidate negotiations. I am sure the managers have a cap but it is not published anywhere.

@xct+1N8TDOL - I have been with WH for 10+ years. I was hired at below market rate with the understanding that the 15% bonus would bring me to Market rate. I am grateful to have kept my job through difficult economic times.
I DO NOT believe what some of these positions are quoting as bonus paid. SHOW ME!
I DO know that the higher your position is - the greater your bonus (example: I was a P4 and had x% bonus and now at P5 I have x+% bonus).
Yep I can confirm I recently applied and interviewed for a role as external and the recruiter gave me the salary range and when I pressed on bonus they said there’s no target but according to some matrix gave me a ranged amount I should receive which was akin to about 20% of the base quoted
