Thread regarding Ford layoffs

PIP (or Performance Enhancement Plan) in OEMs,

I was in Ford and I was put on PEP. This is difficult to deal with....

At STLA, the funny thing is, a nasty boss put me on PIP, I charged him to EEOC, going to sue him under FMLA also, and I told HR officer and compliance about it. Initially he wanted to insist but someone higher up told him to stop. Afterwards he did not even tell me a word, not even a period since, something very good! No one brought up the PIP ever again,

Last week when I check my performance record, I realized the PIP is still there in the system. What I did not know at the time is, I could just go there and delete the PIP document myself 🤣 🤣 🤣 Seriously???

It would be funny if Ford is this easy to deal with.

Ford HR is so useless they cannot even stop a friends and family employee from misusing company m plate test vehicles resources, stealing gas for personal use, and conducting non company business during the work day using said company test vehicles.

I've seen it for 15 years at least and they still let the theft happen. Even after numerous reports made.

That is how useless HR and management is.

HR is not your friend. They work to protect the company and its shareholders not you. You are the problem to them that they must control.
