Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

How to cause mass chaos and confusion in your company.

By John Stankey. First, make a big announcement about Returning to the Office where people who have worked from home will be forced back into the office. This will cause some tension, but it’s just the beginning. Next, you simultaneously announce a layoff. So while people are annoyed at having to make big changes in their lives, it could be worse, they could not have a job at all. This will confuse most, but the last and final step will bring chaos and confusion as promised.

Now that everyone is juggling returning to the office, the possibility of being impacted by a layoff, you give them the final blow. Release the news that their roles are moving to Dallas or Atlanta and they may or may not even be able to follow the work!

Bwahahaha!!!!! Mass confusion and chaos. A trifecta of mental fu-kery! You too can destroy your company if you follow these three easy to follow steps.

We should just get rid of phones, no way to collaborate with that ancient technology.

@gng+1nm7eBFq, “vengeful employees”? Not you of course. You’re not suggesting, just predicting. Any employee, not you of course, engaging in this type of activity should be immediately fired and prosecuted for criminal activity if appropriate. More importantly, they should just grow up.

Third thing I have to admit the Stink is actually good at: Causing Chaos!

Second best: making employees, customers and shareholders miserable and robbing them!

And the Stink's best talent: filling his bank account while being grossly incompetent!

Pi-s everyone off and then send them to the same office? Watch your back for vengeful employees. This is BS.

"9 months ago Chris Sambar said “your thought process should be to train your replacement". We’re seeing it all come together."

They should be training Sambar's replacement. Actually not. Don't replace the middle VPs, just get rid of them. That add 0 value and make big bucks. Can them all to save money.

There still could be something in a background what we don't know, but it could be monstrously big and disastrous for all us, but not so much for shareholders and execs.
