Thread regarding Ford layoffs

I got more work piled onto me ( for my goals)

Is this a bad sign? I was told to add more goals and objectives like a day before it was due.

I don't know if I am in a bad spot or not performance wise

Your boss is hoping you will leave due to the increased workload. If you don’t, your boss is setting you up for failure. Take the hint and find another job and resign.

Could be used as a way to say you're not meeting objectives and then PEP or SIRP you. I don't trust anyone above an LL6 anymore.
