Is this a bad sign? I was told to add more goals and objectives like a day before it was due.
I don't know if I am in a bad spot or not performance wise

Your boss is hoping you will leave due to the increased workload. If you don’t, your boss is setting you up for failure. Take the hint and find another job and resign.
Could be used as a way to say you're not meeting objectives and then PEP or SIRP you. I don't trust anyone above an LL6 anymore.
Im so piled up with work on top of me that I cant even find my stapler….
I wouldn’t worry about it. If you were on the radar he/she would have said nothing.
Your boss is getting graded on assignments and numbers. So sounds like he is short
