Bill Rogers must have authored that himself because it’s all bull sh*t! There has been zero transparency… I mean we first heard of looming layoffs from the press after Bill announced it to investors at the Barclays Conference. There is a complete lack of leadership on ALL levels, from my perspective. We are living each day in fear. The implication that Truist is RIF-ing with “care” is more smoke and mirrors. Rogers makes $14MM annually. That’s over $3,000K a week. How many positions could he save by taking a 50% pay reduction???

I tried to read that, but came away clueless of what any of that word salad actually meant. In the words of Shakespeare “it is a tale told by an id--t, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing “

Based on this ... not sure what it is but Truist has become the model on leadership during a layoff.
