I moved out of Ford and joined a new company. One thing that I noticed is that people are respected well in my new company.
I was working in Cloud Platform (Model E) and the culture was very toxic and People leaders never respected the GSRs. The arrogance was reflected in the top leader LL3 JW and it seems that culture trickled down to all LLs
While at Ford, we were always threatened with low ratings, and bonuses and were always asked to be available 247 and all this BS came from JW
In my new company, people are motivated and everybody gives their 100% or more. People are available whenever it is required. In fact, software platforms and products are highly available and generating revenues (far far better than Ford :P)
