Today I was called in by AP because I had some lines last year that aren’t being used by a customer. I really didn’t know what to say to the interviewer except I suggested they call the customer and ask them why they aren’t using the 4 lines. I spoke with the customer last week as they needed some upgrades but never had a complaint and for a fact I know the customer is happy. I asked if I was asked to come to this meeting about only 4 lines and the lady said yes.
How is this bad or my fault? I cannot make the customer use their line, what am I supposed to do? Oh and by the way, I am now suspended?!
