Here's the headcount request questions:
- Can an India SOW worker do it?
- Can a Vz India contractor do it?
- Can a Vz India employee do it?
- Can a US SOW worker do it?
- Can a US contractor do it?
- Why do you think you need a US employee? Please justify.
Their strategy is ~20% US employee, ~40% US non-employee and the rest India. They're intentionally eliminating 4 out of 5 US employee jobs.
It's easy to say it's a bad economy or DEI or whatever, but the reality is these companies claim to care about the community but actually hate the people that make up the community.
The US could pass a very simple law - the percentage of US employees must match their percentage of US revenue. That would solve the oversees outsourcing and greed and eliminate these staffing companies collaborating with companies to scr*w people by hiring them without any job security.
