HR people are probably the d-mbest people I ever met.
How can one be so id--tic
I was making $73k when I was hired in 2004 and $100k when I quit in 2021. SO I was earning 5 grand LESS when I left if you factor in inflation.
I gotta give my manager credit and thanks here. I didn’t get along with her that well but when I got a new offer, she was flexible with retroactively placing my resignation date so I wouldn’t have to stay the whole 30 days. I was in ASD and our HR rep (MV) was a real piece of work! Really miserable woman who is as useless as she is miserable.
The actual HR staff you call when you have a question about something were always pleasant and helpful but I imagine the real toxicity comes from each LOBs “HR partner”
HR is there to protect the company - not the employee.
If you want someone on your side speak to an employment lawyer. Even more now with RTO enforcement. Upcoming report period will be interesting.
HR is a bunch of gossiping inept wash women that serve as the company's official pool of unqualified affirmative action tokens. There useless!
