Apparently, Thomson Reuters is now on a mission to collect diversity badges like kids on a scavenger hunt. With targets like 50% women in Product Engineering leadership and a whopping 60% women in Product Management, Reuters, and Marketing leadership, it seems they've set sail on the good ship Tokenism.
With a limited supply of TR3-0 roles, are we witnessing a scramble to fill leadership positions with anyone who fits the diversity bill, regardless of actual talent? Or perhaps, by some miraculous stroke of luck, Thomson Reuters stumbled upon a treasure trove of highly qualified candidates they somehow missed until now?
