it really doesn’t matter which one of these you listen to and any given Townhall, Stanley, McElfresh, Sambar, Zeiler, Legg etc. They all repeatedly come across as arrogant and tone deaf. They have no idea the stress the rank and file employees have been thru with layoffs, reorganization, loss of retirement benefits, lack of progression and promotion opportunities and so on. They just keep spewing the same BS. Now through in the forced relocation for so any due to RTO, the big brother micromanagement of badge swipes,

They send out culture surveys and I’d bet they will do nothing about the negatives that come their way. We have employees with various service time…5, 10, 20+ who are just angry at the arrogance of these people. Horrible senior leadership…and everyone knows it

The higher execs and board of directors have been "looting" the company for years. They have been shaping the financial data to manipulate the stock price to maximize their stock options.

Silly that a telecom company that focuses on 'connecting' cannot let their employees continue as WFH. Ridiculous that these 'culture surveys' are not anonymized so some people are afraid to share their real thoughts (and rightly so), and are accompanied by emails from L3 and above 'asking' folks to write nice things.

So, you are tired of seeing the same complaints, there might be some validity to those complaints given that they are submitted from many sources.
Some people get tired or exhausted when facts are incongruent with their fantasy. I get it. Even sycophants like you have your limits before you are triggered.
