Any insiders have details on how MM leaving will affect the CX organization? Do you foresee a massive reorg?

most of the work, (sales, service, operation) can be replace by the bloody chatgpt.
What is SSPT
In CX still there are engineering directors with attitude and racial are still surviving especially those are promoted under women empowerment. Cisco need to take inventory of engineering directors in CX/PX and lot to harvest rather laying grade10 & below engineers
What does it matter the reason? The parachute for that abject failure is sickening. AB is out (failure), need alister next, then start looking at recent sr director and director promos. Most of those are failures as well. SP should be gutted out to the field DMs and coordinators. They call their selves PMs but they aren't even close to that.
Yes, there won't be US TAC anymore. Everything will be converted to SSPT. TAC wiil remain in Mexico, India, and Krakow.
I agree with some of the sentiments - if you really want to cut fat in CX, or really Cisco in general, cut the useless layers of "leaders"
Yes, and please take a closer look at
CX Strategy Planning Managers!
Many of them laying low, fake-working, kissing a** pros, collecting Grade 10-12 paychecks. An audit is needed to see what some of those fools are actually doing.

Major shift on LR for Senior managers and directors - most unethical and useless group of id--ts. You don’t need smart technical folks to be managed. Threw out these cozy jobs and grow Cisco profits…
The majority of CX jobs will be moved to India by 2026.
It will be a sad day if Chuck doesn’t whack the CX VP talking heads. Their fingerprints are all over the current mess. They have been here long enough to have affected a positive outcome by this time.
Does it need more senior leadership changes? Yes. Will Chuck actually do it? No. And thus, the continued fall of the once great TAC.

Collab has re-org'd half a dozen times in the last few years. It's like musical chairs or the cha-cha-slide with the constant pivoting. Such a mess. :/
