She will soon identify multiple layers of management contributing nothing, but making a huge dent in Cisco bottom line as fat. Brace for useless layers of managers and directors to be soon purged and Cisco reporting line minimized to five or six - just the way it was during Chambers days. These non-contributory managers need to be very worried 😟. Time has come finally. Get serious, get technical, or get out!
