Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Strange that the company is "hiring" all kinds of cybersecurity roles and I was just RA'd. According to the company that was supposed to be one of our growth areas and they are showing us the door. Makes no sense at all.

Here is the joke they are pulling in Data&AI: You can use only use half of your ESP budget and if your people is on a place different than SVL, BOS, TOR and low paid locations, you can only give it to half of them. Shhh this order is confidential, so FLMs have to own it, because the CEO wants to brag about the generous budget.

Esp is happening effective mid May.

Gdp is paid april 12. It was announced last year of change to April payout. There's a calendar by country for payout on w3.

Does anyone know when GDP will be paid off? I was told in early March I would be awarded a bonus, but was RA’d last week. Would like to understand if I will still receive it ?

When can we expect to hear from our managers? Is there a deadline?

When they gave me a "one-time salary increase" of 3% to cash out my original 401K match for RBA (had been 8% due to years of service), I knew they would cheat me out of a real salary increase. They are thieves.
