- What % of the efficiency/productivity do they yield vs. US based employees?
- Given the above, at what relative salary level does it make sense to hire staffs there en masse? 1/3 of the pay here? 1/5 of the pay here?
- Are there any long terms risks? Business continuity, customer service quality downhill? And how is Wells mitigating against those risks? Or is it just cost cutting w/o giving a cr** what happens in 5 or 10 years?
