Here in Detroit, there's been much news about the $ 1 billion that Ford spent on repairs for the old train station. That money could have been used to fund at least 2 new vehicle programs. But the work done is beautiful and should help the city. Let's hope for the best. At least it is something visible.
But more importantly, since Ford pushed out thousands of people in 2018 and 2019, they used the excuse of reinventing the company and creating new products, especially EVs.
So as I look around, and besides the F150EV and the Mustang EV, both developed (but not released) prior to 2019, I don't see anything "new" or exciting. Ok, the Bronco is back too. Where are all these new things after 5 years? What are people working on? The stock is at $12. Same price going back to 2011. I'll bet much energy has been spent on multiple reorganizations, each designed to be the next best thing. When will investors wake up to these lies? Nothing has changed.
