New tactics is managing employees out with toxic atmosphere, bad reviews, forcing to quit on their own, directing to HR who provides smaller package to quit, put on PIP and out, finally the LR. Seems LR is still a better safe choice compared to other nasty tactics to lower headcount. Really a sad story. Don’t let worthless managers use employees as pawn. Document toxic atmosphere, your work progress, and file complaint with Employee relations.
