Low Corp Risk Employee Survey Participation Rate

Apparently only around 65% have filled it out based on email DF sent out...seems realllllly low. Keep it up folks!! DON'T FILL IT OUT!!!!

Anybody know participation rates for other groups yet?

Some employees are being STRONGLY ENCOURAGED, bordering in coercion. Managers are dropping words like "performance review" along with it.

I was going to not take it, but couldn’t turn down the chance to answer No to ‘Do you see yourself still here a year from now?’

If enough people say no maybe that will wake someone up. I didn’t make any comments since that is not anonymous.

To all my corporate risk colleague. Please fill the survey. It will not be held against you in anyway. It is a chance to give honest feedback to management. It will not be a waste of time or be held against you. The results will be broken down by each manager who will try to understand why you said what you said and do their best to understand your point of view. Please complete the survey.

My understanding is getting above 80% is near impossible. So a 65% is higher than apathy should yield. Unless people are submitting more blank surveys than usual in the 65%.
