Our manager said 100% STRONGLY encouraged. We are at 90%. 🤦♀️

CRG group in WFA is 38% participation. Horrible.
Some employees are being STRONGLY ENCOURAGED, bordering in coercion. Managers are dropping words like "performance review" along with it.

I was going to not take it, but couldn’t turn down the chance to answer No to ‘Do you see yourself still here a year from now?’
If enough people say no maybe that will wake someone up. I didn’t make any comments since that is not anonymous.

To all my corporate risk colleague. Please fill the survey. It will not be held against you in anyway. It is a chance to give honest feedback to management. It will not be a waste of time or be held against you. The results will be broken down by each manager who will try to understand why you said what you said and do their best to understand your point of view. Please complete the survey.
Why take the survey when leadership doesn’t bother to address the main concerns people consistently bring up.
In Controllers and will not be completing the survey. Not mandatory. Not anonymous.

Corp risk people don’t do any work and that includes filling surveys.
My understanding is getting above 80% is near impossible. So a 65% is higher than apathy should yield. Unless people are submitting more blank surveys than usual in the 65%.
