So the new hub spots (Columbus, New Jersey) are hiring and the old traditional hub spots (San Fran?, Minneapolis, Iowa) are being drained.
Churn baby churn.... CS and company are driving the psychological safety of this bank to an all time high.
The new hub spots are created to provide cover so that Wells does not loose what little reputation it has left. Oct 8 (3 days before earnings, 2 days before 401K match cutoff) will be interesting.
Same as Warren New Jersey it’s suddenly ok to hire and sit there.
its a call center site for JPM also - lots of chase talent there to be brought over in the great top-down replacement
Old news.

Scharf hires buddies from JPM who don’t want to move, so just like Hudson Yards, make that spot a hub and lay off employees from other tech centers like Winston-Salem.
The board of directors has completely failed in oversight.
WF is a playground for Scharf and his cronies to make a lot of money at the expense of tens of thousands of employees and the long term health of the corporation.
When enough leaders were hired from JPMC and they wanted to bring their crew
