- A decent raise, similar to what other unions are getting.
- Actual profit sharing like the UAW gets. $10,000 plus.
- Better healthcare choices.
- The same vacation time that all other employees get. 5 weeks after 2 years, 6 weeks after 25.
- More personal days.
- Push to remove copper completely and bring fiber to every household in the footprint.
- A significant raise to the pension to make up for lost years.
- Have a process to get rid of dead weight and hire more capable workers.
