Buckle up everyone! 2025 is going to be more exciting than ever! Prepare for more dishonest performance reviews and an increasingly toxic culture shift as managers look to find ways to give inconsistently meets for 10% of their teams, regardless of how they did on their goals/kpi's.
I suggest everyone document everything, as your manager and peers are now adversaries who can no longer be trusted. If you find yourself at the bottom of the pack, it may be a good idea to consult with an employment attorney.
