I have this email scheduled to send tomorrow morning at 6am and leaving my badge and laptop with security when I leave today with instructions on which team member to get it to.
Dear ***,
I’m done. Effective immediately, I am resigning from my position as ***. After watching the direction the company is taking, especially the CEO’s lack of judgment on key decisions like the return-to-work mandate, I’ve had enough. It’s clear this company is more interested in maintaining control and ignoring what’s best for employees than actually fostering a productive environment.
The return-to-office mandate is just the latest in a series of decisions that show no real understanding of what drives real business success or employee morale. It’s been frustrating to watch, and I can no longer be part of an organization that clearly doesn’t have a clue about where it’s heading.
This decision is final. It’s time to move on to something that aligns with my long-term career goals and respects my professional judgment.
Good luck with everything.
Sincerely,
