Amazon RTO hiccups - AT&T will follow

I would not be surprised if Amazon spends millions of dollars building new offices just to put people in them who don’t want to be there.

You’re doing more damage to your brand, your employee engagement, and your own self respect by sitting there and pretending like this is a good thing.

There are better ways to do this than to jump on the all or nothing bandwagons and then just hold tight. It’s like watching the Titanic go down and people sitting on the ship saying Nah we’re good

Take the time to go slow so you can go fast

Firing the low level middle workers will save Amz millions. They are bloated. These work from home fuchs add nothing.

I would be surprised if anyone builds new offices. Att has been reducing the headcount for 20 years. Do you realize how much unused office furniture Att has?

Covid has been over for years. They couldn’t go any slower with RTO.

They have promised Wall Street that they will have that debt ratio down to a 2.5 ratio by the first half of 25. Not sure how much time they have.
