just curious if any of the recent retirees received any information about how to order retirement present? we were supposed to receive the retirement catalog 2 weeks after separation but I have never received one(I retired last month). when I contacted the company which managed the rewards last week and was told the following:
"I do apologize to inform you this but we received an update from ATT, and they advised that all employees have until 12/16/24 to order their gift from us. For those who do not place their order by the deadline, the award will be moved to the new provider and should be available sometime in January of 2025. We do not know who the new provider is or any details of how the new program will work. Please reach out to HR OneStop for any questions or concerns. "
I guess too many folks have called HR OneStop, when I checked the former employee website, I see the following:
"Important: In January 2025, we'll transition service and retirement awards to our new recognition hub, Applause. Stay tuned for details on redeeming your awards through a broader catalog selection fulfilled by Amazon! You’ll receive a notification from the new Applause platform in January with details on how to make your award selection."
What a good time to make such changes without notifying the retirees.
