Some of us have met already, but most of us have not. I wanted to take some time to introduce myself and to articulate Follett’s new strategy for textbook acquisition(s). My name is M.G. Our team goal is to acquire the right quantities of the highest quality books for Follett at the correct time at the correct price. In order to accomplish this, I believe we need to become an easier customer / wholesaler to do business with. Here at Follett, we call this “Hassle Free.” Additionally, I believe we need to establish more frequent communication in the spirit of reestablishing better working relationships with you, our valued suppliers! Let this be the first of many communications to come in our efforts to help you sell!
