Or the people who contested the review process (like me), when I got a lower rating than someone else who does nothing but ass licking. (I thought it would be a fair communication like adults) I was a star performer though. Got many Qualstars :P
So to be safe from layoffs, be a good performing, manager's ass licking, obedient worker. Else you might get axed first.
