Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

This will tell you that ETC and other support function are going to see major cuts.

This paper was written after the first ROM at Chevron by BCG who is running this thing....NOT CHEVRON. They turned the keys over to BCG. You don't have to reaqd between the lines just read it.

ETC needs a severe haircut regardless of if you go by Boilerplate Consulting Group's generic plan or see it with your own eyes.

If your an IT support individual focused on the Run of systems then you need to be siloed in ITC where they shovel the dung and insure that it hums. Ditto for any other role that focuses non-energy tech information systems. ETC in their attempt to duplicate everything ITC does reminds me of two kids that would rather fight each other than take down the neighborhood menace. In this case the ITC kid has been receiving buzzcuts for years and now goldilocks ETC is about to piss themselves in the barber chair. You did it to yourselves by overcharging the business.

For some reason I thing they will disproportionally layoff high psg personel. Which correlates with older and typically (but not always ) whiter males. This is discrimination. Hehehe. Same as some other discrimination, logical and justified (some not all). I wonder if the old white and well paid could sue for discrimination.

Watch. We will fire a disproportionate amount of white males. ie a larger percentage of their original population will be lost compared to the minorities. Don't believe me? Wait for the statistics.
